My own piece of reality

Lest you think my culinary adventures always end fantastic...

I thought I'd throw a bit of reality in the mix.

Note to self: Pizza quesadillas (tortillas with spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, Italian spice, and cheese) do NOT flip as easily as regular plain old tortilla and cheese quesadillas!!!!

Slippery sauce does not act like glue,

Careless flipping results in a pile of ingredients sticking to a hot skillet.

And getting burned.

Oh well...there's always next time.

Oh....and lest you think the table is always neatly set for dinner.
