Busy Day

So, in addition to the new toy I wrote about in the last post....we had a busy day.

We planted some flower seeds in the morning (too bad we came home on Easter evening to find the dogs had dug them up.....:-( Went for a stroll...

Took a nap....

Made a YUMMY lunch of brown-sugar-mustard glazed salmon, green beans, and wild rice...

Did some cleaning....

And spent some good time being silly.....

Actually, the funny story behind the broom is that I bought it for J but hadn't decided when to give it to him yet. It was all wrapped up in the bag sitting in the laundry room. While I was making lunch I heard some rustling and before I knew it, J had discovered the broom. I'm going to have to start being sneakier!
